LONDON, U.K AND DALLAS, TX, U.S. – Spectral MD Holdings, Ltd. (AIM: SMD), a predictive analytics company that develops proprietary AI algorithms and optical technology for faster and more accurate treatment decisions in wound care, has been notified that on 10 January 2022, Gerald Beaney, a non-executive director, has purchased 13,333 shares of common stock of US$0.001 (“Common Stock”) each in the capital of the Company ("Shares") at a price of 37.5 pence per Share for a total consideration of £5,000.
As a result, Gerald Beaney’s beneficial interest in the Company is 30,283 shares of Common Stock , representing 0.02% of the total issued share capital.
